"Honesty is our policy" and we want you to know that we have identified a very small glitch where 1 out of 300, #2 StickPics used with Leki trekking poles have experienced difficulty firmly wedging the #2 StickPic on the ends of Leki sticks. We believe that Leki changed the design of their tips for a brief moment which are not compatible with the #2 StickPic's we currently produce. We are currently working on a remedy. If you experience this problem, contact us for a complete refund. Just to reassure you that the StickPic works with Leki poles, please read THIS. Or WATCH THIS All International orders are sent via USPS International First Class postage. Please expect 2-3 weeks for delivery. All international orders include United States Postal Service Customs Declaration (PS form 2976 or 2976-A). This is our proof that your order was sent. International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country. Customs is the government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country. Many countries, including Canada, charge the buyer duties, taxes, and import fees. Once your order has been shipped as described above, we cannot be responsible for non-delivery at the final destination.
